Shotwell Street
We demoed the existing derelict structure and built a new 3 story single family residence spanning across 3 SF city plots. The house incorporates exposed wood ceilings and steel beams that give an industrial feel to the otherwise modern architecture.
A greywater system provides water to the enormous garden which consists of 15′ high retaining walls and terraced stone walls. The site also contains a brand new 45′ heated lap pool and sauna. This is constantly heated throughout the year via a network of solar panels and heat pumps as it is important to the environmentally conscious homeowners that they do not rely on gas.
