OUR PROCESS

At TMC we understand that a home remodeling project can seem like a daunting task, that is why we make our process clear, transparent and client-focused.   Below is a brief description of the construction process you can expect from us.

STEP 1
ONSITE CONSULTATION

We’ll schedule a visit to your home to meet with you to get a feel for what you want to do with your space.  After reviewing the information, our team will provide you with a preliminary estimate for your project.

STEP 2
 PRE-CONSTRUCTION

We’ll collaborate closely with an architect and/or design team to develop plans tailored to your project’s requirements. Concurrently, we’ll begin outlining a comprehensive timeline, spanning from project initiation to completion. All details will be presented to the client for their thorough review and approval.

STEP 3
PERMITS OBTAINED

During this step we will obtain all
necessary building permits at the Department Of Building Services in
your respective county.

We alleviate all the stress from our clients by efficiently managing the entire permitting process.

STEP 4
CONSTRUCTION PHASE

During this stage, you should anticipate increased activity within your home, as our team and various subcontractors, including plumbers and electricians, work diligently to complete the project.  Our foremost priorities during this phase are site safety and maintaining a clean work environment.

STEP 5
 PROJECT COMPLETION

Once our client is satisfied, and all inspections are successfully completed, the project has reached its final phase.  However, we maintain a strong ongoing relationship with our clients even after construction concludes and are always ready to assist them with any needs.and approval.
