MILL VALLEY
This Mill Valley project involved extensive excavation and new foundations to make way for a large rear addition to the existing home.
The entire structure was brought down to the studs to accommodate a new vision for an open floor plan and a modernized use of the space, while retaining the original facade to result in a large and airy 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home.
