This entire home remodel in an historic neighborhood involved extensive excavation in order to create two additional bedrooms and two bathrooms on the lower level, expanding greatly the size of the home, while staying within the envelope of the structure.
TMC Construction brought the building down the studs and reworked elements of the floor plan while retaining and improving original elements such as historic windows. Entire exterior was re-stuccoed, a new roof was installed and the backyard received extensive architectural attention.
